Since its establishment, Samba Institute of Technical Training continues to promote innovation agenda by nurturing innovations from both members of staff and students across all academic disciplines. The SITT lead tutor in charge of Research and Innovation oversees this department.
The institute is in the process of getting more partners to provide grants and support for the budding ideas under incubation in the department.
